Instead you are each learning to push through the resistance, and break away from the old tired and worn out ways.

Use this month to build a solid foundation. I and the entire Angelic realm, can help you, if you are allowing of this. You have each come so far in your own ways, however, we still see that negativity can try to trip you up every now and then and try to hold you back! Please don't give in!

You are each stronger than you realize! As you work on your body, mind and soul, you will release your true self, which is far more powerful than you can imagine. Meditate gently at least 2 minutes a day. This does so much more than you can imagine-for yourself and the Universe. Use the tools given to you, to change the way the World is.
